Who you are:

You are energized by the prospect of collaboration because you believe in investing time and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders toward a common goal. You can support projects with multiple stakeholders, complex inputs, and time-sensitive deadlines. You have a system to stay organized while juggling those project tasks, project timelines, and tracking goals, and are comfortable sharing that information within a team. You are open to public speaking and can handle facilitator tasks for working group settings.

What you will do:

In short - You will be a key asset to the Community Engagement team. You will assist, spearhead and drive the adoption of GS1 Standards forward for all the communities we serve.

Here are a few other details:

  • Develop and manage the project plans related to the team’s strategies and tactics including workgroup critical paths, information tracking, and dashboard creation.

  • Supports GS1 US Strategic Program teams in executing strategies and plans to grow GS1 Standards knowledge and adoption.

  • Works with the community engagement team and GS1 US initiatives to improve areas of opportunity for standards growth and adoption.

  • Work aggressively to increase GS1 initiatives membership and participation.

  • Create presentations using PowerPoint to help share information to a broader group .
