Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and solid knowledge of accounting principles? We are looking for a reliable and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our vibrant financial department. In this essential role, you will be responsible for processing invoices, handling expense accounts and managing organizational budgets with high accuracy. Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable

• Reviewing and processing check requests, reimbursement forms, maintaining vendor files, and form 1099 information

• Reconciling accounts payable subsidiary ledger to general ledger, cost allocations, journal entries, and adjustments

• Other duties as assigned by Controller

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years recent relevant experience

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel

• Excellent attention to detail

• Reliable

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting and knowledge of MIP software is highly preferred
