Job Responsibilities:

• Works with verbal instructions and mechanical aptitude to disassemble clean, maintain and repair injection molding tooling.

• Use of a crane, forklift and power pallet jack to move, open and disassemble/reassemble 3000lbs molds.

• Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.

• Selects solutions from established operating procedures.

• Ensure flawless operation of molds to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge and shown experience working with all required tooling shop equipment: surface grinder, lathe, vertical mill, drill press, band saw, etc.

• Strong technical knowledge of mold maintenance and repair

• Ability to successfully implement mold adjustments and modifications

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing world-class products

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $39,700.00 - $73,900.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
