[A Distribution and manufacturing company in Everett needs an experienced Technical Inside Sales Representative to add to their team.]{target="_blank"}

This growing company serves as a manufacturer's representative for the chemical and mineral industries. They partner with companies to distribute a wide range of valves, pumps, and other related control products.

Technical Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise, processing orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service to clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, customer orders, and technical support related to valves, pumps, and control products.
• Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their specifications and application requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and bids in response to customer requests.
• Collaborate closely with outside sales team members to support customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

*Schedule: *Monday-Friday, 7 am to 4 pm.

Technical Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant customer support experience as an Inside Sales Rep, Customer Service Specialist, Account Manager, etc.
• Experience working within an industrial environment, construction, or manufacturing.
• Experience with pumps, instrumentation, valves and flow control products is highly desired.
• Experience with processing and entering orders.
• Experience with MRP/ERP system.

Compensation:

• $30.00 -- 35.00 an hour.
