Job Title: Supply Chain/Stock Room Support Administrator

Job Type: Full Time (6 months)

Location: Mukilteo, WA

Schedule: 1st shift, 5am to 1:30 pm

Pay Rate: $ 25.57

Job Description:

The Supply Chain/Stock Room Support Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain and stock room operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks with precision.

Key responsibilities include:

• Part Ordering and Processing: Manage the ordering and processing of parts, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

• Part Look-ups/Confirmations: Conduct part look-ups and confirmations to verify inventory and part availability.

• General Computer Work: Perform tasks such as sending emails, maintaining spreadsheets, and operating databases.

• Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain a well-organized stock room and supply chain process.

• Time and Attendance: Accurately manage and report timekeeping duties.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Access databases.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in running reports and performing timekeeping duties.

• Flexible, highly-organized, and capable of handling change.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

• Valid driver's license.

Pay Details: $25.57 per hour
