Job Description

A large telecommunications company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to report 4 days onsite either in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL (or work remote). The Business Analyst is tasked with a comprehensive review of business processes and system integrations to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks, as well as opportunities for growth. Additionally, will document business requests from a customer perspective, collaborate with developers to implement these requirements, and provide guidance to testers during the QA process Key Responsibilities include: Providing guidance to Product Owners on Epics, writing detailed feature-level business requirements, handing off requirements to IT delivery teams, supporting refinement, testing, and post-production activities. The Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role in analyzing business processes and requirements.

    * Experience providing guidance to Product Owners on Epic.

    * Proficiency in communicating to key stakeholders and facilitating meetings/ presenting findings to diverse audience.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.). null
