Adecco US, Inc. Resident Care Manager (RN) in Everett, Washington

Adecco Medical is currently seeking a Resident Care Manager for our amazing non-profit Transitional Care organization in Everett, WA. We are seeking a compassionate RN who can comfortably help supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of our facility. Qualifications:

  • WA State Unencumbered RN License

  • Current CPR certification

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience

What you’ll do:

  • Help develop written plans of care for each resident and review their medical and nursing treatments to ensure they are in accordance with the patients care plan.

  • Make daily rounds to ensure all staff are performing their assignments.

  • Review nurses’ notes to ensure they are providing care in accordance with the physician and the patients wishes.

  • Train, evaluate, and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff.

  • Provide direct nursing care as needed.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

  • Must be comfortable working on all 3 shifts if necessary

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary of $45-60/hr

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
