Description We are offering a role for a Data Reporting Analyst in Everett, Washington, 98204, United States. This position will provide support to various business units by maintaining our Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) in our Enterprise Resource Planning (MRP) system. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) in our Enterprise Resource Planning (MRP) system

• Receive new or revised Engineering drawings and assign tasks accordingly to various functions such as Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, Production Control, Supply Chain

• Enter/revise the Bill of Material associated with engineering changes, applying the data collected from these functions

• Ensure process compliance for all the parties involved

• Look for business process improvements

• Use proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of Office Applications, including Access

• Perform data entry and analytics in an ERP system

• Gain experience in the ERP system created by SAP Systeme Anwendungen und Produkte

• Utilize SQL experience and Programming in VBA

• Work efficiently in a manufacturing and aerospace environment

• Handle engineering drawings and manufacturing engineering. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry and Analytics

• Familiarity with Compliance and Quality standards

• Experience with Materials Handling in a Manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Finance and Business Unit operations

• Ability to support Workstations and Database systems

• Experience in Process Improvement methods

• Understanding of Supply Chain Logistics

• Programming skills, preferably in Visual Basic (VB)

• Proficiency in using ERP Solutions and MRP ERP Systems

• Knowledge of Aerospace and Manufacturing Engineering principles

• Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings

• Experience in the Aerospace industry is a plus

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks efficiently and accurately
