We are in the search for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the Healthcare/NHS industry. This role is based in Everett, Washington, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be tasked with various responsibilities, including maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer applications, and liaising with insurance companies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer credit records.

• Handling customer inquiries and providing relevant solutions.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when needed.

• Retrieving medical records and submitting them to insurance companies.

• Utilizing Epic software for various tasks, with an understanding that training will be provided if necessary.

• Supporting workstation operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.

• Exhibiting effective phone presence during customer interactions.

• Coordinating with offshore teams for various tasks.

• Understanding and utilizing the ST Microcontroller for applicable tasks.

• Working with TRICARE and NIS systems as part of the job responsibilities.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Proficiency in using Epic Software is required

• Experience working with insurance companies, particularly TRICARE and NIS

• Ability to effectively manage medical records

• Strong phone presence and communication skills are important

• Must have prior training experience in the healthcare industry

• Familiarity with offshore operations will be advantageous

• Knowledge of ST Microcontroller is a plus

• Proficiency in workstation support is necessary

• Prior experience in interviewing processes will be beneficial.
