II. POSITION DESCRIPTION Evansville Care Campus, LLC s mission is to care for Residents holistically; attending to their physical, spiritual, emotional and psychological needs. The Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting the licensed nurses in the delivery of resident care. Under the direction of the nurse, the nursing assistant is responsible for the personal care with emphasis on activity of daily living of a group of assigned Residents and records unusual findings to charge nurse. The Nursing Assistant serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team to provide an environment that enables each Resident to reach their highest attainable state of well being.
