Maintenance Technician

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician you will play a critical role in completing work orders, utilizing hand tools and power tools and ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of apartment communities

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Technician:

• Repairing plumbing systems including sinks, tubs, toilets and water heaters

• Repairing and maintaining all home appliances

• Restoring door locks and key systems

• Making repairs while possibly crouching, lying down or standing on top of ladders

• Performing minor construction and/or carpentry work

• Performing grounds work

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Minimum three years' high speed production experience preferred

• Familiarity with production machinery

• Able to read blueprints

• Possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time

• Able to stoop, bend, and crouch, and to lift up to 50 pounds

• 1 + years of experience

• Valid drivers license and own vehicle able to use hand/power tools

• Background check and drug test required
