The Director of Talent Acquisition leads our worldwide talent acquisition efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our organization by attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent across all regions and employee types – from shopfloor workers to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global recruitment, a deep understanding of diverse talent markets, and the ability to develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies. This role works closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and hiring managers to ensure that our talent acquisition processes are aligned with our business goals and values. You will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies.

  • Create, lead and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition with business goals.

  • Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international hiring regulations.

  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify diverse talent.

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.

  • Coordinate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.

  • Lead recruitment efforts for executive and senior-level positions.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA with Masters preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record in global recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Strong understanding of diverse talent markets and recruitment practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans.

  • Experience with data-driven recruitment and analytics.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments.

  • Knowledge of local and international hiring regulations.

  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.

  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience in managing recruitment budgets.

  • Ability to provide training and development for recruitment teams.
