About the Job

in Collaboration with a coordinator the manager, the trainee will be working at the EMEA Headquarters (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) in a Corporate position. The Apprentice will be in contact with all brands from the ELC portfolio and with the affiliates in the region.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the COORDINATION OF 2 ONLINE PARTNERS

  2. SUPPORT ON COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE

About Your Responsibilities

Key tasks:

  • Collaborate with our partner to secure the information to provide them with

  • Brief of the brands on the expectations for assets/product information and timeline.

  • Help secure a listing in the right timings: collaboration with the Marketing team team to get an initial listing, discussions with the brand after analysis of the assortment

  • Partner with the warehouse for stock securization and refill during the event

  • Assist the affiliates in the post-sale management of the campaigns

  • Provide competitive review on other online players in the region: gathering of best practices from competition to challenge our own partners.

  • Post-sale analysis of the performance of the campaign, overall and at the sku level, in order to identify areas of improvement for the next campaign

  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes

  • Support in presenting the platforms to brands who are not onboarded yet, by leveraging results from the sister brands.

  • Provide competitive review on other online players in the region: gathering of best practices from competition to challenge our own partners.

Qualifications

About You

Minimum Education Level: You are a student with higher education Bac 4/5 or Business Schools (End-of-studies internship).

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: You have a first experience in e-commerce and digital.

Required Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment.

Licenses or Certifications: N/A

Additional Job Specifications:

  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills, you are rigorous and detail oriented.

  • Digital Sav Admin Ninja.

  • Excel lover.

  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment – juggling with multiple projects at a time.

  • Knowledge of an e-commerce back-office and CMS is an asset.
