Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding, reading blueprints, building parts, and performing layouts. You will select equipment, plan part layouts, cut, fit, tack, and weld materials according to engineering production drawings.

Description:

• MIG welding positions

• Perform welds on large on large steel parts

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Perform fabrication building parts

• Layout workpieces per drawings

• Use measuring tools including tape measures, micrometers, and calipers

• Set- up, adjust, and use machines as needed to produce parts

• Ability to select equipment and plan part layout

• Cut, fit, tack, and weld out materials

• Performed welds in multiple positions

• Visually inspect welds

• Grind out welds

• 1st shift

Qualifications:

• Previous welding experience
