Description

We are seeking a Systems Administrator for a contract role in the Financial Services industry! The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of secure computing platforms, services, and networks. The role requires proficiency in various software and hardware technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of secure, highly available computing platforms, services, and networks.

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the operating environment.

• Ensure ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the IT infrastructure.

• Monitor the operating environments and respond to incidents and problems.

• Plan for growth considering future needs and trends.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Use VMware, Microsoft Azure, MS Office 365, Microsoft Windows Server, and Cisco Hardware to perform tasks effectively.

• Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proficiency in VMware and Microsoft Azure platforms

• Extensive knowledge of MS Office 365

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Demonstrable ability to manage and maintain servers and systems

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous tasks and projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with database and network administration.
