Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in an office/shop/parts related environment

  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Maintenance shop experience

  • Experience with JDE software

Day in the Life

We are looking for a Shop Administrative Clerk to assist in our shop. On a day to day basis, you will create requisitions, purchase and work orders, sort incoming parts, and ready them for pick up or shipment, uploading all parts requisitions to our Onbase system. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be required as you answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls, dealing with vendors, clients, and internal staff. Strong organization skills will be essential as you maintain all shop files, monitor inventory charge outs, cycle count semi annually, manage and review costs, invoices, open internal and external work and purchase orders, and provide general clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and vacation coverage.
