Essex Westford School District is hiring full-time paraeducators at various schools within our district. This role provides educational, behavioral, and physical support to assigned special needs students in the general mainstream curriculum. This position will involve working with a student individually and/or in small groups in collaboration with a special educator.

Pay: Starting at \$19.75+ based on experience

Primary job duties include but are not limited to, the following:

• Facilitate social and inclusive interactions among the student and their peers in the regular student environment.
• Supervise student(s) when the teacher is absent from the room.
• Support assigned students with their classroom work in a separate learning environment temporarily as needed or requested.
• Manage student learning material and maintain a student performance record through data collection daily as necessary or requested.
