Career opportunity :Sales Engineer(m/w/d) Sulzer Chemtech in Essen.

Drive the growth of our mass transfer components and services business in assigned territory and / or assigned clients. Generate and process leads, technically and commercially, from first contact until contract award. Build and maintain customer relationships and network.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Customer presentations about our technologies, products, services and specific applications

• Prepare and calculate, in conjunction and coordination with back-office

• Present and negotiate commercial and technical proposals with customers

• Monitor the opportunity pipeline and provide management with forecast

• Follow market trends, customers and competitors and propose actions to address and utilize market needs

• Liaise with engineers in the Refinery and Chemical & Petrochemical

• Familiar with calculation and other IT-tools

• Usage and update of CRM and forecast tool

• Development of long-term relationships with key customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Level: Master Subject: Chemical or Process Engineering

• Work experience: 5-8 years in these areas

• Expertise:Knowledge of the mass transfer market in the Territory

• Engaged business person with professional sales experience in similar business environment.

• Languages: fluent in German and English
