The role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP BTP Tech Lead to join our SAP BTP Foundation team. You will be helping to drive SAP BTP initiatives, revolutionizing our technology landscape, and delivering BTP based solutions. What you’ll do

• Provide strategic technical leadership for SAP BTP initiatives, overseeing the technical aspects of projects and guiding our SAP BTP Foundation team.

• Collaborate with SAP BTP Product Owner to define projects goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful technical execution of BTP related initiatives.

• Work closely with our SAP BTP Foundation team and IT Product teams to understand requirements and help design solutions using SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Nestlé best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP technologies, tools, and trends (like AI), providing technical expertise and guidance to the team and stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of SAP BTP solutions.

• Assess and drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency, by making good use of SAP BTP features and capabilities.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to ensure smooth project delivery and minimize disruptions.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, ensuring adherence to Nestlé's standards.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Leadership position.

• High level of experience with SAP BTP and a proven track record of delivery in a global organization.

• Sound and practical knowledge of SAP technology, S/4HANA, Fiori and Hyperscaler.

• Ability to quickly comprehend and assess the capabilities of new technologies.

• Very good communication skills and ability to convince stakeholders.
