The role:
To strengthen our Global Tech Hub in Barcelona, we are looking for a Product Manager – Product Portfolio Management (Service Now PPM / SPN).
Under the supervision and guidance of her/his primary Community of Practice Lead and within the Product Group, the Product Manager is responsible for the Product and Portfolio Management tool (SNOW SPN /PPM).
Will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, product vision and vision execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery of his/her scope (including IT consumers’ adoption). Along the full product life cycle, the product manager works closely with the functions and IT customers to support company objectives and initiatives.
The product manager is also accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product including value delivery model (L1, L2, L3 etc.).
On the delivery side of the product will be responsible for analyzing and continuously managing the value for money, ensuring the product is adopted as widely as possible. The product manager delivers applications that support Nestlé's initiative to simplify the life of the end user, standardize work across Nestlé markets and businesses and share above market in centers of scale and competency.
The product manager manages the team(s) developing the capabilities as well as the stakeholders receiving the capabilities and can deliver value to other products and product groups.
What you’ll do:
Segment IS / IT customers and consumers based on their needs and profile. Provides an outside in based view of how to best target each segment.
Develops a product strategy and vision aimed at maximizing value in line with corporate and business strategy ensuring that the product fits into Nestlé ecosystem.
Defines the long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap for the business outcomes the product or product group deliver.
Coordinates internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps.
Ensures product contribution to the business value following the guidelines of the CIO office for the business KPIs.
Analyzes reporting provided by the performance manager for insights of product impact and adoption in market, works with customers to define and validate specific key value indicators (KVIs) defines KPIs to improve the product value for Nestlé, and retires the product at end of life based on trend analysis on KVIs and KPIs.
Increases product adoption, customer and consumer satisfaction and other value indicators secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
10 years’ experience within IT in business area as Project and Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management or Application development.
Experience in ServiceNow PPM and PowerBI.
Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
Deep understanding of the IT landscape that supports Product Portfolio Management, including the integration with Nestlé’s financial systems.
Strong effective communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels, including working with third parties.
Experience working in global environment, with virtual teams and in agile/DevOps environment.
Fluent in English.
