Description

Our client, a prominent player in the biotechnology industry, is seeking an experienced Contracts Attorney with a focus on clinical trial agreements. This role will primarily involve drafting, redlining and negotiating clinical trial agreements to support the activation of clinical trial sites. The role is remote but requires a U.S. based attorney, high preference for attorneys licensed in CA.

Responsibilities:

• Handling clinical trial agreements and ensuring they align with the company's standards and requirements

• Draft, redline, and negotiate clinical trial agreements.

• Liaise with clinical trial sites directly, delivering excellent customer service and acting as the face of the company.

• Manage confidentiality agreements, ensuring all aspects are accurately covered and agreed upon.

• Navigate the legal landscape efficiently in a fast-paced environment to support our aggressive timelines.

• Adopt a hands-on approach, contributing actively to our small company culture.

  Requirements

• Must be a licensed attorney in the U.S. High preference for CA licensed

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in working with clinical trial agreements.

• Demonstrable understanding of the legal aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in negotiating directly with clinical trial sites.

• Personable with strong interpersonal skills, ensuring the professional representation of the company.

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a client-centered focus.
