What do you contribute?

We are driving the digitalization and automation of our business processes worldwide using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). We have already robotized over 700 processes worldwide, either in Centers of Excellence, in local teams or as part of citizen development.

The main objectives of robotizing these processes is to improve productivity and support data mining to support us developing in a data driven company.

  • You understand business context, business processes and data structures.

  • You implement IT services to ensure the effective delivery of RPA solutions and optimize service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Moreover, you monitor the day-to-day operations of the RPA service desk and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.

  • You will be the primary point of contact for our RPA customers and external suppliers, providing expert advice on best practices for RPA service management, and ensuring proactive communication and relationship management.

  • You conduct regular reviews of RPA service processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.

  • Orchestrator Maintenance – you perform regular updates and security fixes, monitoring the system performance and troubleshooting any software related issues.

  • Further, you perform and maintain rights management, including access maintenance for defined users both functional and client.

  • You review monthly invoices and monitor annual budget.

  • You support developing strategies to optimizes the RPA usage within Siemens Mobility.

What do you bring along?

  • You successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or a comparable training path.

  • Also, you have experience in the acquisition, analysis, project planning and implementation of business processes.

  • You have knowledge of "IT procedures" and infrastructures such as directory services, file servers, Active Directory, VMWare (virtual clients), ticket systems, PKI infrastructure, software distribution, servers (Windows, Linux).

  • In addition, you have proven experience (at least five years) in IT service management with a focus on RPA solutions (ideally with UiPath), SAP and ITIL framework.

  • You have a strong understanding of RPA technologies, platforms, implementation methods and PAM solutions.

  • You have an extensive knowledge in the field of database monitoring, SQL and IT security.

  • Proficiency in at least one common programming or scripting language (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, or PowerShell) for deploying/distributing software are a must.

  • We are seeking a highly self-motivated and team-oriented individual with quick comprehension, resilience, assertiveness, strong communication skills, commitment, and reliability.

  • You have an independent way of working and are customer- and service-oriented with high quality standards.

  • Solid written and spoken German and English skills are a prerequisite.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvement and operational efficiencies.
