Your future role.

  • You are responsible for the commercial offer preparation (according to PM@Siemens and Non-PM@Siemens) for customers from the oil & gas and metals industries (as well as energy, water, and chemicals).

  • This includes, among other things, contract design (project structure, NCM, transfer pricing issues), and the involvement of specialist departments (taxes, legal, ECC, treasury, insurance, EHS, security, compliance, etc.).

  • You work across disciplines and regions, in close collaboration and coordination with the technical bid project manager.

  • Your tasks include, for example, contract commentary, preparation and execution of the Limits of Authority (LoA) process.

  • During project acquisition, your expertise in contract commentary and contract negotiations is required.

  • Calculation surcharges and inclusions, cash flow calculation, and risk management are also part of your area of responsibility.

  • Additionally, you will be responsible for the proper project handover of acquired projects to the order processing colleagues.

  • The design and management of service level agreements also fall within your area of responsibility.

  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the monthly preparation for management reporting.

Your profile.

  • You have a completed degree in economics (e.g. business administration) or a similar qualification (Siemens in-house training e.g. Stammhauslehre).

  • Building on this, you have several years of relevant professional experience in business administration and profound knowledge of the PM@Siemens process.

  • You also have several years of experience in sales and international system and project management, particularly in the oil & gas and metals industries.

  • Furthermore, you are highly experienced in contract law, have basic knowledge of tax issues in international project business, and possess good knowledge of calculation methods and financimg models.

  • Negotiation skills, fluent in German and English, and a willingness to travel complete your profile.
