What part will you play?

• You collaborate with the sales team to understand business needs and requirements related to sales processes and performance, and provide support based on data analysis

• Working closely with stakeholders, including sales managers and executives, you gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

• You provide recommendations and insights to improve sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer targeting, based on data-driven analysis

• Furthermore, you collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and product owners, to implement sales-focused data solutions

• You lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and user interviews to gather business needs and translate them into functional requirements

• As a subject matter expert in sales analytics, you provide guidance and support to the sales team

What you need to make real what matters.

• You have strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales processes and dynamics

• Master degree in Information Technology or a similar qualification paired with 5-7 years experience in IT

• Bringing excellent analytical skills, you interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns effectively

• You have advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools

• You are experienced in working with sales data and CRM systems

• You bring strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• In addition, you have proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design

• You are self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have experience working in Agile teams
