Responsibilities:

• Participate in the annual review and revision of the Policy and Procedures manual to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

• Conduct performance evaluations for staff members, initiate disciplinary actions, and recommend corrective measures to enhance performance.

• Implement assigned projects under the guidance of the Manager/Assistant Director to support departmental goals.

• Oversee and maintain expertise in specific areas of responsibility, such as human resource policies, drug procurement, IV admixture preparation, and drug dispensing systems.

• Ensure compliance with productivity standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of performance and accreditation.

Required:

• B.S./PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy

• 3 years of operational experience in a pharmacy

• Ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the specific areas of responsibility

• Understands departmental and hospital policies and procedures

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

• Pharmacist
