We are seeking a ON DEMAND, part time compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker to provide assistance to individuals with physical, developmental, or cognitive disabilities.

The Direct Care Worker will help our clients with their daily activities, ensure they take their medication on time, and provide emotional support.

Our ideal candidates have a strong passion for helping others, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are able to handle the physical and emotional demands of the job.

Ultimately, the Direct Care Worker plays a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing high-quality, individualized care.

• ssist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Provide clients with mobility assistance, transfers and help with exercises as needed
• Prepare meals and help with feeding if necessary
• Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse or other healthcare provider
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

• Monitor changes in client's health and report any concerns
