Siemens Health and Safety Transformation Consultant (f/m/d) in ERH, Germany

This position is limited to 12 months.

Your role.

In this critical role, you will empower our global Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) community across multiple countries and businesses to implement standard processes. You will design and facilitate workshops and methodologies to help local teams overcome challenges and continuously improve their processes. Additionally, you will lead global project groups and facilitate a network of occupational safety professionals.

Your tasks.

  • Workshop Facilitation & Training: Design and conduct engaging workshops and training sessions

  • Project Leadership: Lead international project groups to implement human-centered approaches and explore new technologies

  • Concept Development: Build and develop practical problem-solving concepts for occupational health & safety

  • Change Management: Manage change initiatives and drive the adoption of innovative approaches within the global EHS community

  • Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams and partners to understand business needs and craft effective solutions

  • Trend Analysis: Identify and analyze trends, standard methodologies, and emerging approaches related to health, safety, and well-being

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with collaborators and partners

Your profile.

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in business administration, EHS, or a related field

  • Workshop Facilitation: Shown experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions

  • Project Management: Several years of experience in leading international project groups and managing projects effectively

  • Human-Centered Design: Knowledge of human-centered design, Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles, and Learning Teams/Operational Learning

  • Change Management: Proven ability to handle change and implement new strategies in a corporate environment

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement practical solutions

  • Communication: Excellent communication and social skills, capable of working in a diverse distributed team

  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

  • Occupational Safety Expertise: Experience in Occupational Health and Safety and corporate governance is a plus

  • Leadership: Strong in leading and able to inspire and influence others

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is optional but helpful
