Accordingly, our global P&O leadership team has recently set our new P&O Strategy 2030 and is reviewing P&O’s strategic priorities regularly.

Your new role.

  • As a strategic digitalization partner for P&O Talent & Organization (P&O TO), you will collaborate with the organization to drive strategic initiatives, unlocking the full potential of P&O and fostering continuous improvements through the power of AI and innovative technology. Your role will involve reviewing and enhancing our existing techstack to create a reliable and cost-effective foundation, while also creating inspiring and motivational experiences that encourage personal growth and development. You will be part of the P&O Digitalization and P&O TO Leadership team.

  • You understand the business requirements and have the ability to deliver measurable value through our P&O digitalization portfolio. Your focus on Learning & Skills, Talent Development, Succession Planning, and Organizational Development ensures that our digitalization strategy is aligned with business needs.

  • Your expertise extends beyond the present, as you keep a close eye on market and technology trends, providing valuable insights on their future impact on processes and portfolio offerings.

  • As a driving force behind our P&O digitalization roadmap, you collaborate with the digitalization ecosystem to efficiently implement our strategy while aligning it with the priorities and needs of our business and expert teams. Your dedication to planning and driving initiatives ensures their timely completion.

  • You are not only passionate about delivering results but also on measuring the impact we create through our portfolio. Your data-driven approach allows you to take the right actions to continuously improve and enhance our offerings.

  • Your leadership skills are invaluable as you support and enable your team to achieve strategic and operational goals in a constantly evolving and complex environment. By encouraging a culture of trust and empowerment, you promote the personal growth of your team members.

  • With your team, you ensure the smooth operation of various systems, including Learning Management Systems, the Learner Experience Platform, learning reporting systems, mobile Apps, and interfaces to core systems.

  • Collaboration is key! You closely collaborate with relevant internal corporate, regional, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and success in our digitalization efforts.

  • You take an active role in handling our internal and external partners and SaaS providers, encouraging close collaboration and alignment in product roadmaps.

  • You are responsible for managing IT budgets and continuously improving cost efficiency.

  • As a representative of P&O Digitalization, you showcase our expertise and initiatives both inside and outside the company, contributing to our reputation and brand and driving exchange with the network.

What you need to build a better tomorrow with us!

  • With a master`s degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, you have held leadership positions and managed P&O IT portfolios, ideally with a focus on Talent Management and Learning.

  • You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to analyze complex problems, interpret data, and develop strategic solutions.

  • You understand business needs and can translate them into measurable digitalization strategies. You align vendor management with business objectives and see opportunities for innovation and improvement in vendor relationships.

  • You excel in stakeholder management and collaboration, applying your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You connect the dots and align different perspectives towards a common goal. Cross-functional collaboration and external partner management are also areas of strength for you.

  • You have demonstrated leadership in agile, virtual, and global VUCA environments. You possess agile leadership skills, allowing you to adapt to changing circumstances and drive continuous improvement. Your thought leadership enables you to think creatively and execute effectively.

  • You have a strong focus on delivering results and meeting customer needs.

  • You have experience in managing projects from inception to completion.

  • Your financial competence helps you managing budgets and understanding the financial implications of vendor agreements.

  • You have a solid understanding of P&O offerings and challenges.

  • In terms of technical skills, you have the ability to assess system capabilities and compatibility, understand technical and architectural aspects, and know the possibilities of innovative technologies and AI.
