CounterTek Inc. is a small locally-owned business located in Ephrata, PA.  We manufacture and deliver custom-made vanities and countertops to our customers in the kitchen and bath industry.  Our products include laminate and postform countertops, solid surface countertops, and cultured marble vanity tops.

• 9:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday (Part-time)

Pay: $17/hr Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm No evenings or weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone with school-aged children.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the first and main point of contact for our customers.  We are looking for someone who is friendly, helpful, accurate, and organized to receive and process orders for custom countertops. 

Some experience in the field of Customer Service is required.  We are willing to train someone who has the right attitude and is eager to learn.

Duties and responsibilities include responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services, providing pricing and delivery information, and obtaining all information needed to process an order. Other duties include maintaining accurate records and details of interactions.  Familiarity with Quickbooks, Outlook, and Google systems is helpful.
