Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your role will involve booking appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our veterinary team. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor - Schedule and manage appointments, including follow-up and reminder calls - Handle phone calls and emails, addressing client inquiries and concerns - Maintain accurate client and patient records in our database - Process payments and manage billing inquiries - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the veterinary team - Provide information on clinic services, products, and policies - Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software - Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being
