• Participar en el proceso de administración de talento

• Seguir Trabajo estandarizado de NPI Materiales.

• Completar todos los entregables del Proceso de Introducción de NPI Materiales

• Participar en el proceso de definición de la Base de Proveedores en colaboración con Sourcing NPI

• Planear, y asegurar el suministro de material para pruebas y producción en masa de NPI

• Ordenamiento de los componentes a tiempo y en cantidad óptima.

• Planear, control y reducir la obsolescencia de los componentes invlucrados en proyectos VAVE/NPI

• Asegurar transición de proveedores e inventario con cero impacto a la operación

• Introducción de componentes de Nuevos Productos/VAVE sin afectar el requerimiento del cliente

• Mantener Inventario dentro del rango estándar y eliminar sobre-Inventario, categoría NPI

• Controlar e incrementar las vueltas de Inventario de los nuevos productos.

• Transferir las actividades de Materiales de el nuevo producto al departamento de Planeación

• Planear y ejecutar las tareas de pre-producción del área de Materiales de los Cambios de Ingeniería

-Identificar, planear y ejecutar actividades de reducción de costo de Material Directo

-Mantener el sistema ACS limpio y libre de atrasos, evitando así pagos retrasados a proveedores.

-Participar en actividades de Mejora Continua, RIE, A3, Problem Solving, entre otros
