Description We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Ennis, Texas. This role is crucial to the financial management of our distribution business and involves developing strategic relationships across various sectors of the company. In addition to maintaining the financial health of our distribution centers, you will also be expected to use your skills to create business value and improve operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial aspects of our distribution centers, ensuring their profitability and efficiency.

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships across different sections and levels of the business, leveraging these connections to add value to our operations.

• Prepare and deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, reports, and analysis for assigned business units in a timely manner.

• Enhance operational and financial performance of assigned business units through industry-accepted financial practices.

• Provide insights and results for SG& A to foster a more robust decision-making process and deliver insights across the enterprise.

• Identify operational results, analyze them to find opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with Operations to drive these improvements.

• Develop reporting tools to facilitate better communication between Sales and Operations, thereby increasing sales growth.

• Use business process knowledge and data querying skills to gather, validate, and analyze data. Present data and relevant conclusions to management, sales, operations, and other business unit stakeholders as necessary.

• Evaluate information requests, assess current sources, and determine the most effective and efficient ways to meet information needs.

• Conduct routine and ad hoc research and analysis to support management's business unit objectives. Requirements • Proven experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst or similar role

• Proficiency in CapEx

• Familiarity with CRM

• Proficient in Data Mining Techniques

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Ability to work with 'About Time' software

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Budget Processes

• Proficiency in Expense Reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience with financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis

• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications

• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and business partnership skills

• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis

• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
