Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide service and support to our customers. This individual interacts with customers to provide information in response to customer inquiries and handle/resolve complaints.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (as applicable)

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required

  General Comments

  Position : Customer Assistance Rep. (Bilingual)

  Payment Rate : $22/hour

  Hours: M-F 8-5 (with 1 hour lunch)

  Location: 2501 Mercer Dr Enid, OK 73701

  Position Responsibilities /Essential Functions

  The functions within this job may include the following:

  · Welcomes visitors and displays a courteous and professional customer service experience.

  · Answers general questions and can speak intelligently about The Well’s programs and operations.

  · Answers the phone, takes messages, and disseminates information; opens, sorts, distributes, collects, and delivers mail.

  · Assists instructors and guests with basic IT equipment such as microphones, touchscreens, and computer connectivity programs.

  · Maintains an inventory of equipment and supplies used in office and coordinates deliveries.

  · Assists facility manager in scheduling trades to maintain The Well’s buildings.

  · Sweeps, dusts, mops, scrubs, washes, vacuums, waxes, and polishes building floors, walls, woodwork, windows, furniture, equipment, and hardware.

  · Cleans kitchen after event and/or class use.

  · Collects and disposes of trash and garbage; moves equipment and furniture such as tables and chairs.

  · This is the specialist level where employees will independently perform most complex and technical duties, such as preparing presentations through manipulation of data, or preparing documents for audits or special reports. Some responsibility may be assigned for the functional supervision of other employees on a limited basis.
