HIRING MIG WELDER/FABRICATORS IN ENGLEWOOD, CO

We are seeking a skilled welder/fabricator with experience in aluminum and steel MIG welding. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for metal fabrication and finishing, and be proficient in operating technical machines to ensure products meet specifications. You will be responsible for visually inspecting parts during fabrication to ensure both functional and aesthetic quality, and for maintaining a safe and clean working environment in compliance with safety policies.

PAY: $23.00hr - $25.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)

SHIFT:

1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

*Extended schedule of 6:00am-4:30pm typically available starting in March.

*The role requires the ability to stand for over 8 hours a day.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform aluminum and steel MIG welding, including 1" plate welds and downhill welds.

• Finish metals and demonstrate general aptitude for fabrication work.

• Operate technical machines to ensure final products meet specifications per blueprints or shop orders.

• Safely operate standard shop tools.

• Visually inspect parts and pieces during fabrication for quality assurance.

• Ensure the functional and aesthetic quality of products.

• Apply basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication.

• Comply with all safety policies and maintain a clean working environment.

• Accurately read and utilize a variety of measuring devices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have MIG welding experience on aluminum and steel

• Must have fabrication experience

• Blueprint reading experience

• Hand and power tool operation experience

• Experience using a tape measure

• Press brake operation is a plus
