Robert Half Sr Creative Account Manager in Englewood, Colorado

Description We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado. This role involves managing key client accounts, developing and executing strategic marketing plans, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional campaigns in the advertising industry. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure the agency delivers on them

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaign plans

• Present strategic recommendations to clients and obtain buy-in

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights

• Lead the execution of advertising campaigns from concept through completion

• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, digital, production) to ensure timely delivery

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling agency services

• Assist in new business pitches and proposals

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

• Mentor and guide junior account managers and other team members

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment

• Provide constructive feedback and support professional development. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Management

• Solid understanding of Advertising Management

• Proficiency in Digital Advertising and Social Advertising

• Demonstrable skills in Brand Management and Brand Marketing

• Experience in Digital Marketing

• Proficient in Project Management

• Exceptional Communication skills

• Proven track record in providing high-quality Customer Service

• Experience in Campaign Planning
