Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager for Hyperlocal Marketing Programs to join our team. This role is responsible for managing experiential vehicle programs, national partnerships, marketing operations support, Adobe agreements, and budget management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Google Suites and will ensure the flawless execution of hyperlocal marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Manage experiential vehicle programs to engage local communities and promote our brand.

  • Develop and maintain national partnerships to enhance marketing reach and effectiveness.

  • Oversee Adobe agreements and manage budgets for hyperlocal marketing programs.

  • Utilize Google Suites for project management, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Collect, analyze, and report on marketing data to measure effectiveness and ROI.

  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure successful project execution.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, hyperlocal marketing, or a related role

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Creative and out of the box mind set to test/trial new innovative strategies is a plus

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suites

  • Strong budget management skills

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
