Our Customer Experience Operations (CXO) teams go above and beyond by simplifying lives and enhancing community access to our products and services. Behind the scenes, dedicated individuals focus on refining the experience for millions of customers across all of our brands and providing support to our field agents.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Reporting team within the CXO department at DISH is responsible for supporting the enterprise with data and analytics needs surrounding billing, payments, delinquency, and credit. The team focuses on providing its internal customers with dashboards to allow business owners to keep a pulse of their business through key metrics, delivers adhoc data requests as needed to support initiatives and projects, and develops automated solutions for exception processes and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers dedicated to supporting the business through data analytics and the development of processes and KPIs to better understand and operate the business

• Develop individuals on the team to assist in their personal development as it relates to their role in supporting the business through data

• Understand the relationship between data and business to ensure the product delivered from the team is optimal

• Act as a consultant to internal customers by ensuring full understanding of their requests and how it relates to the team’s capabilities, to drive optimal outcome in every project

• Set and meet reasonable deadlines for projects and communicate project status clearly and consistently to interested parties

• Support direct reports in their day to day work by acting as a subject matter expert on both the technical and business aspects of the role

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school, preferably in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics, and at least two years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2+ years of experience with SQL

• 2+ years of experience with Tableau

• 4+ years of experience in a leadership role

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions

• Provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
