Our Fortune 500 Telecommunications client is seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner for a contract opportunity in support of their Web & Mobile Products. The Product Manager / Product Owner will be responsible for gathering requirements in the form of BRD’s, start the journey mapping, create user stories, be involved in experience design, discovery process as well as refining user stories.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate 50-70/hr W2

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate across agile squads including development and QA teams

  • Engage in product management with an emphasis on product ownership experience, starting from requirement gathering and journey mapping to creating high-level user stories that guide experience design and architecture.

  • Drive the discovery process, working closely with stakeholders and understanding customer needs, transitioning into a traditional scrum product ownership role during execution phases, with a focus on bringing features to market.

  • Operate in a fast paced environment with a focus on web and mobile applications developed in Angular, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence

Experience Requirements:

  • 3 years’ Product Management / Product Owner experience

  • Must have prior experience supporting customer facing web / mobile products

  • Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucid, etc.

  • Energetic / Go-getter attitude

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
