Avient Corporation Maintenance Associate - Facilities in Englewood, Colorado

Job Summary The Maintenance Associate - Facilities is responsible to clean and maintain order in the warehouse, offices, lunchroom and bathroom area. Essential Functions Empties all trash cans daily Vacuums carpeting in the offices, halls and bullpen areas Dusts as required Cleans glass doors and windows Assists with snow removal Cleans bathrooms, mops or vacuums as required as well as replenishes paper products Any other general cleaning duties needed in all office areas Wipes down countertops and mops kitchen areas Heavy cleaning projects will also be assigned periodically Supports supplier and keeps kitchen and pantry clean during business hours Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience High School diploma or GED equivalency. Qualifications To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. Salary $21.00 per hour Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and/or hear. Occasionally required to sit. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Requires the use of safety equipment as dictated by the work area such as safety glasses and shoes, dust mask, hard hat, respirator, face shield, hearing protection, chemical suit, gloves, aprons, etc. Work is inside and the typical noise level is loud. Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The associate is frequently exposed to vibration. The associate is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock.
