Job Description

- Our client is a Fortune 100 multiple-service operator, and this team is looking for a junior business analyst to join their Voice of the Employee team.

- The team launched the Voice of the Employee program a year ago where theyre gauging the efficacy and user friendliness of their products and tools provided to their internal employees and consultants. This is not an HR program, but rather a team focused on incorporating user feedback to drive feature enhancements and product roadmaps that ultimately help employees do their job more effectively.

- This person will gather feedback from weekly internal surveys (10% response rate currently), analyze the feedback, categorize, and articulate it into PowerPoint decks presented to leadership with a solution-based mentality on how to improve the overall experience.

- This is an entry level role that requires strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint as well has excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and exceptional organization.

The pay rate for this role varies depending on level and years of experience and will range from $30-$35/hour.

Skills and Requirements

- 1-2 years of professional experience (this can be in an internship)

- Bachelors degree in a business or analytical field

- Strong Excel

- Strong PowerPoint - Novice SQL

- Novice Tableau null
