Department Summary

Whether coordinating high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists to drive breaking news or launching a campaign around our latest innovation, our teams lend their voice to the future of communication.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

This position will lead eCommerce experimentation efforts within DISH TV, including leading a cross-functional team to drive onsite engagement and conversion and drive sales throughout the lifecycle. You will be a key member of the Video Services Marketing digital media team and will be responsible for managing test plans, personalization/segmentation and site analysis to increase activation and conversion to meet sell-in targets for our brands. To achieve your goals, you will lead and manage key initiatives to rapidly iterate and optimize the onsite funnel and marketing tactics in a dynamic competitive environment.

In this role, you will work directly with various departments across DISH TV as well as Sling to develop experimentation strategies, monitor and assess performance of our sites, and optimize the onsite experience via test and learn. These teams include but are not limited to product, marketing strategy and media partners, marketing analytics, and our internal creative agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovative website and ecommerce experimentation projects that support new customer acquisition and sales growth through dish.com

  • Develop a testing roadmap and lead creation and manage execution of test plans to improve site KPIs

  • Create, monitor and share reporting to identify opportunities to improve the performance of site experiences and marketing campaigns to create frictionless customer journeys

  • Act as the business owner to manage, assess and recommend site martech tools

  • Partner across internal teams and vendor partners to create testing best practices and processes to ensure partners are educated and informed of activities

  • Utilize site performance data to strategically assess and provide feedback on acquisition, customer journey and corporate wide initiatives

  • Provide strategy recommendations for site personalization and promotions using segmentation and targeting tools

  • Effectively manage collaborative work with cross functional partners including IT, product and operations

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field preferred

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in analytics, testing or eCommerce

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe (Adobe Target, AEM, Analytics, etc) or similar reporting and testing platforms

  • Understanding of reporting and testing best practices

  • Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and experience with analytics programs such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Quantum Metrics

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, working iteratively to meet deadlines

  • Able to synthesize, prioritize, and drive results with a high sense of urgency

  • Experience collaborating with and mananaging projects across cross-functional teams

  • Strong communication skills translating data to insights and recommendations

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
