Job Description

- Internally focused on team improvement, processes, and delivery.

o Coordinates work of offshore and onshore contractors.

o Responsible for setting up and facilitating all Agile ceremonies and meetings.

o Responsible for measuring team performance and forecasting delivery.

o Ensures team compliance with the definition of ready and definition of done.

o Guards team processes and ensures adherence to them.

o Communicates individual tickets and progress towards iteration goal.

o Ensures timely updates to team onboarding, services, and other documentation.

o Ensures proper ticket hygiene, their timely updates and completeness.

- Externally focused on serving team stakeholders.

o Serves in a project management function.

o Communicates with upstream, downstream, and other peer teams.

o Updates team status, externally focused artifacts, and reports.

o Reports team status to management in meetings and through emails.

o Conducts RCA analysis and presents RCAs of escaped defects.

o Responsible for coordinating release and team service monitoring.

o Protects the team from disruptions that come from outside the team.

o First line of defense for triaging and funneling bugs to the team.

The pay rate for this role varies depending on level and years of experience and will range from $60-$65/hour.
