Work as a subject matter expert for five billing systems that the Accounting and Tax team use as the source for financial reporting and sales tax compliance. Define requirements needed for compliance and reporting for each billing system and support the Accounting and Tax teams on production support issues. Work with the CFO teams (General Ledger, AP, AR, Tax, Procurement, and Fixed Assets) to automate manual processes using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to speed up the delivery of key processes. Work with various teams including IT Business Relationship Managers, IT PMO, IT Dev, IT TQA Teams to move projects through the development process. Analyze processes, suggest options for solving issues and improving efficiency, write requirements, obtain required approvals, and work with IT to implement the solutions.
