job summary:

Join our EPC client in Denver, CO as an Assistant Right of Way Specialist. We're seeking a skilled professional with prior experience to assist with land acquisitions, negotiations, property research, permitting support, construction coordination, and restoration on Right of Way projects.

location: Englewood, Colorado

salary: $26 - 32 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

  • Assist in the facilitation of land acquisitions, negotiations, property research, titles, and surveys.

  • Provide permitting support, assist with construction coordination, and restoration on Right of Way projects.

  • Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses.

  • Conduct research and collect real property-related project documents.

  • Translate data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database.

  • Perform quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents.

  • Compile technical data to be presented to the Right of Way project team.

  • Prepare permit applications for the project team.

  • Prepare project status, technical, and acquisition reports for the project team.

  • Assist project teams with document preparation and control, meeting agendas, and other project-related activities.

qualifications:

  • Experience level: Entry Level

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

  • Education: Bachelors

skills:

  • Planning (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Land acquisitions (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Property research

  • Right of Way related agreement (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • permits (1 year of experience is preferred)
