We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk in Englewood, Colorado. The successful candidate will join our team and be responsible for managing the processing of accounts payable, maintaining precise records, and addressing customer inquiries. This role is vital in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable

• Manage data entry and invoice processing tasks

• Maintain precise records of all accounts payable transactions

• Conduct account reconciliation tasks as necessary

• Perform check runs in a timely and efficient manner

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks to manage data and complete tasks

• Respond to and resolve any customer inquiries related to accounts payable

• Ensure all coding invoices are accurate and up-to-date

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company standards and procedures.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Ability to perform Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Check Runs

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Familiarity with Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software

• Experience with SAP software

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to new software and technologies

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role is preferred.
