As the Head of Digital Excellence at Johnson & Johnson, you will have an exceptional chance to lead all aspects of the J&J Innovative Medicine UK Digital Operations team and influence the digital agenda for the UK market. Your role will involve ensuring outstanding digital channel excellence and content production, implementing effective methods, and spearheading important initiatives with a substantial impact on the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Therapy Area Marketers to refine, implement, and lead strategic digital activities, ensuring targeted and effective customer engagement through the right channels.

  • Partner with the J&J Innovative Medicine ESO Customer and Digital Strategy (CDS) and Business Technology organizations to shape the EMEA CDS & Tech strategies and prioritise digital initiatives for the UK.

  • Identify and implement key digital business initiatives that address strategic and operational needs of the UK business.

  • Champion digital customer engagement and emphasis the value of producing and delivering high-quality content for optimal customer experience.

  • Foster and encourage productive collaboration within the Digital Operations team and with all involved parties.

  • Drive initiatives to expand customer reach and improve engagement through innovative digital channels.

  • Define and assess appropriate metrics and benchmarks for omnichannel engagement.

  • Enhance partners' and stakeholders' comprehension of UK Code of Practice and healthcare landscape to strengthen digital proficiency.

  • Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure effective delivery of digital content aligned with business requirements.

  • Develop and deliver a digital operation and omnichannel strategy to provide an integrated engagement experience for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.

  • Collaborate with various teams to develop digital projects and enhance capabilities and infrastructure for digital and omnichannel evolution.

  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance digital initiatives and channels.

  • Emphasis the importance of delivering outstanding customer service across various communication channels and integrated platforms, to meet the needs of customers and other relevant parties.

  • Identify and implement important initiatives, technologies, and processes to set J&J Innovative Medicine UK apart digitally and achieve digital excellence.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital operations and strategic leadership in a marketing role.

  • Extensive knowledge of effective strategies for engaging with digital customers.

  • Excellent collaboration and team leadership skills.

  • Knowledge of UK healthcare environment and regulatory requirements.

  • Familiarity with UK Code of Practice and compliance standards.

  • Ability to drive innovation and implement emerging technologies.

  • Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in managing relationships with various parties involved.

  • Proactive and strategic approach to recognising trends and opportunities.
