Hair Care Northern Europe Assistant Brand Manager

This position is based in High Wycombe, England (hybrid working policy).

What You Will Do

We now have a great opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our business. Working within the Marketing Team you will be part of the Hair Care brand team reporting to the Hair Care Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with the excellent execution of the 1 year plan for our scalp care portfolio (REGAINE®, AVEENO® Hair Care and NEUTROGENA® T/GEL®) taking responsibility for the activation of these brands in Northern Europe, with UK as your primary focus.

  • Drive growth of the Kenvue Scalp Care portfolio in Northern Europe

  • Contribute to and interpret brand strategy and execute with excellence

  • Assist with deploying effective creative campaigns and toolkits delivered by the Global BDTs (Brand Development Teams)

  • Lead the execution of new product launches & restages

  • Contribute to relevant brand team meetings and business planning process.

  • Assist in the development of retail ready plans for your brand to deliver Category growth and present to key Customers

  • Work with the Activation Managers in Nordics & Ireland to execute the brand strategies where relevant

  • Collaborate with Influence & PR team to execute the PR, Influencer & Social strategy for the brands with excellence

  • Lead Post Campaign Reviews and work with media partners to implement optimisations to digital campaigns

  • Work closely with commercial teams to implement commercial initiatives to drive profitability and rate of sale

  • Work with the ecommerce and media teams on campaigns and content optimisations drive sales and share growth online

  • Use analytical skills to understand drivers of brand and competitor performance and recommend actions to take

  • Manage and report on Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME)

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Experienced at Assistant Brand Manager level with a strong track record of performance in an FMCG environment

  • Degree level educated or equivalent experience

  • You will have experience, adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data driven marketing.

  • Good commercial and financial acumen, including BME management.

  • Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both upwards and downwards

  • Flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise

  • Assistant Brand Management/Graduate experience in an FMCG environment essential.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style.

  • Can do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges.

  • Self-starter who is proactive and results driven.

  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proven implementation ability

  • Good analytical, financial and business acumen skills
