Summary/Objective:\ Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder will handle customer complaints; Oversees store operation including inventory, warehouse and stock rotation in the absence of all other management team; Will perform the basic store reports. Provides supervision for all sales associates and follows cash handling procedures on a daily
