About the role:

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple investment properties, ensuring that each one is meticulously maintained, continually profitable, and increasing in value. This role requires not just a love for property management but a passion for creating welcoming spaces for tenants and invaluable investments for property owners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations.

• Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners.

• Oversee lease enforcement and assist with eviction process, if necessary.

• Handle budget and financial statements.

• Schedule and supervise repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.

• Coordinate with legal department on matters related to property.

• Monitor overall tenant satisfaction.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager.

• Valid real estate agent/broker license preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask.

• Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
