As a Sales and Therapy Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in our mission to restore health and improve quality of life through cutting-edge device and management solutions for Structural Heart disease.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Expertise:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and therapies.

  • Attend and support cases in healthcare accounts.

  • Collaborate with physicians, assistants, and hospital education staff to address clinical questions related to our products.

Sales Performance:

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share in key centers.

  • Provide input to enhance overall state performance.

  • Implement sales force effectiveness initiatives, including strategic territory management and technical/clinical support.

Relationship Building:

  • Develop strong relationships with key customer groups.

  • Utilize customer networks to drive business growth.

  • Participate in business discussions with the Regional Manager.

Product Support:

  • Assist with product marketing and launches.

  • Prepare and maintain equipment for wet labs and training.

  • Provide technical support information for public tenders and customer service.

Ethical Approach:

  • Demonstrate sound ethical character.

  • Prioritize customer needs and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • University degree as a Perfusionist or similar.

  • Experience in structural heart, or cardiovascular field preferred.

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English, with Italian fluency.

  • Customer-focused and service-minded.

  • Team-oriented problem solver.
